Privacy and enquiry information
This notice explains how information is handled when you create a custom coin preview or send an enquiry.
Custom coin preview
Images and text are processed in your browser and are not uploaded unless you choose to sign in with Google and save or attach the design. Your Google profile photo is used by default; if you choose a different avatar, that image is stored under your account.
Website enquiries
When you send an enquiry, your name, email address, phone number, enquiry details and any attached front or reverse artwork are saved so Bhandari Jewellers can respond. A notification containing those details and available image attachments is sent to the business mailbox, and an automatic confirmation copy is sent to the email address you entered.
WhatsApp confirmations
If you tick the WhatsApp confirmation option on the enquiry form, Bhandari Jewellers uses the phone number you entered to send a confirmation and relevant updates about that enquiry. You can leave the option unticked and still submit an enquiry by email.
